Elementary School Physical Education Program

Students in the Elementary School explore and experience various exercises and activities and follow a program that guides them towards a well-balanced lifestyle of fitness and health.

They develop their personal and teamwork skills throughout the grades in a spiral curriculum providing them with the opportunity to build on prior knowledge while learning new skills.

Structured Recess also allows students to benefit from free play and socialization, and have the opportunity to engage in structured recess activities. At the heart of this program is scheduled professional soccer coaching, chess, and organized athletic competitions. Students also have access to a variety of outdoor play equipment for individual exercise and wellness.
