Varsity Cross Country and Fitness Games

Our Varsity Cross Country and Fitness Games athletes participated in their final competitions yesterday. Their results showed all the hard work and practice time they have been putting into their sport of choice over the past month and we wish them luck as we wait for their results to be ranked throughout our league by DoDEA! Our Fitness Games (a new alternative to team sports given present safeguarding protocols) included testing students' skills in: Sit ups, Pups, Jumps, Ball throw, Agility seconds, Sprint seconds, Wall sit, 3200 run!
